TOKYO & KYOTO URBAN ADVENTURES LEADERS (FULL TIME & CASUAL)
Currently we are recruiting: full time and casual leaders for our Tokyo and Kyoto based city tours. Requirements

Japanese National or current working visa holder living in Japan
Duties and Responsibilities
- Safely lead our clients on our wide range of programs in the Tokyo or Kyoto area
- Seek to provide our guests with the Japan travel experience of their lives
- Present facts about the region’s history, religion and culture
- Provide clients with a great local experience in Tokyo or Kyoto
- Care for Venture equipment, philosophy and help us continue to work to a sustainable business
- Lead interpretive walks and hikes (and possibly rides and paddles) of sites and landscapes
- Adhere to principles of Responsible Travel
Qualifications
- Customer service experience or superb people skills
- Background in tourism or leading groups (active or non active), preferred
- Capable of working long hours
- Physically fit
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English and conversational in Japanese
- Positive attitude
- Creative approach to problem solving
- First-Aid Certified preferred
- Basic computer skills
