4-Day Sydney Northern Beaches Adventure (February 12-15, 2015)
The Northern Beaches of Sydney, Australia are home to some of the best swimming beaches in the country.On this 4-day swimming holiday you’ll soak up the natural beauty of the Northern Beaches with scenic swims each day. You’ll receive swimming tips along the way by Effortless Swimming Head Coach Brenton Ford, as well as an underwater filming and analysis to provide you with all the tools you need to improve your stroke. All transport and accommodation is included on your journey.

Itinerary
Thursday (12th February)
§ Meet at 12 noon for swim filming and analysis session – Manly Pool (Boy Charlton)
§ Start off the trip with a relaxing ocean swim at beautiful Manly beach & Shelly Beach
§ Soak up the sun while enjoying a stretching and mobility session before dinner
§ Dinner and free time
Friday (13th February)
§ Breakfast
§ Morning walk or run along Manly boardwalk (optional)
§ Transfer for day trip for swims at Palm Beach/Whale Beach
§ Dinner and free time
Saturday (14th February)
§ Morning swim at Balmoral Beach
§ Free time to body surf or explore the town
§ Afternoon Coogee beach challenge swim
§ Final dinner
Enjoy an early swim at Balmoral beach
Sunday (15th February)
§ Morning swim – final ocean swim and surf lifesaving group challenge
§ Share stories over a big breakie and barista-made coffee to finish off the trip
§ Trip concludes noon in Sydney CBD
§ 3 nights accommodation (3 star hotel)
§ Meals – all breakfasts, 2 dinners (first and final nights) and 1 lunch (final day)
§ Filming and analysis
§ All swims fully supported
§ All transport during the trip
All ocean swims are supported by two kayakers as well as a swim guide who’ll be in the water. Swimmers on this trip are required to be competent in the open water. Different swim speeds are catered for, so you’ll always have support while in the water.
